• Create your merchant with a flexible setup designed to fit your specific needs and target audience.
• We also support test merchants - a sandbox where you can experience the entire journey as both an owner and a customer before going live.

Built for Flexibility

Daimenu is designed to fit the way you work - not the other way around. You can use the platform in ways that go far beyond the typical delivery flow. For example, you can use Daimenu without offering delivery at all - seriously. Just publish your real menu so your customers can browse it, fill a cart, and see what things would cost - without being able to place an actual order. Perfect if you're a dine-in place that just wants to share its menu digitally.

Of course, that's just one example of what's possible. The typical flow gives you and your customers the best experience: you define a strict delivery area and we make sure orders only come from within it. You can offer scheduled orders, pickup, or standard delivery. Accept payments in cash or through secure online payment via Stripe - card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Revolut Pay depending on the customer's device - processed directly, with no redirections.

Both you and your customers receive real-time notifications for order status updates, as well as for comments left on the order - whether from you or the customer.

But here's what sets us apart: whether you're on the free plan or the highest one, we never charge you based on the amount or count of your orders. No commissions, no hidden taxes, no surprises. There is a small processing fee for online payments charged by the payment provider (Stripe) - but we deliberately choose not to add any platform fee on top of that. Your payments are yours.
